Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Absolutely! Tracking numbers will be provided as soon as your order is shipped. However, it’s important to be aware that occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.
For certain shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. Rest assured, your package is on its way.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is shipped with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. In the unlikely event that your order gets held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we’ve got your back! While the postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, we understand these situations may arise. In such cases, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible.
