Damages and Returns

We strive to deliver your order in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

For the quickest exchange process, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after inspecting your return to confirm if a refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your approved return, please reach out to us.
